Bald Man

I recently completed a 4-week course in Portrait Drawing at the Glen Allen Cultural Arts Center, and I thought I would share some of my class assignments.  This picture was done from a photo gallery of bald men which was meant to help the drawer visualize the shape of the skull and how the skull dictates the facial features.  It also turned into an exercise of the interplay between light and shadow on the subject’s face.  TO
