Into the Storm

While driving home this summer, we encountered a thunderstorm.  Since we were driving in a westerly direction, the storm was framed by the setting sun creating an interesting tableau of flashing lightning and dark clouds outlined by the bright oranges, reds and yellows of the setting sun.  This painting is my attempt to capture that scene on canvas.  TO
